These terms apply to services provided by VKREMOYE Wellbeing & Companionship Services, part of VKREMOYE LTD.
Nature of services
VKREMOYE provides companionship, wellbeing support and non-medical practical assistance. We do not provide regulated personal care, medication administration, nursing care, washing, dressing or toileting support unless appropriately registered and authorised.
Service agreements
Before services commence, a clear service agreement will be agreed covering scope, visit frequency, pricing, and requirements. Minimum visit lengths may apply.
Insurance
Appropriate insurance will be held before service delivery commences.
